Duration: Temp to Perm Opportunity

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm

Job Description:

• Responsible for accurate and up-to-date freight rates for all LNA customers within SAP (includes freight rates entry, maintenance, clean up and standardization).

• Responsible for ensuring necessary corrections are made in the system to prevent future occurrences of errors.

• Reconciliation of freight invoice errors.

• Establish and maintain good working relationships within department, field sales and customer network.

• Work effectively with other departments to ensure smooth flow of information and resolution of issues.

• Provide requested data to field sales and internal managers relating to customer data and history (tons, price, special reports, etc.)

• Assist Supervisor, Freight Administration as needed to ensure operational excellence in billing customers, reduction of errors, resolution of collections issues, payment of carriers, etc.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Must have experience with ERP preferably SAP

• Data entry

• Experience in AR and AP

• 2-4 years of freight administration
