CornerStone Staffing is partnered with an insurance company in Bedford that is hiring an AP Clerk!

Job Title: Accounts Payable

Location: Bedford, TX

Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm

Pay: $24/hr depending on experience

Job Duties:

• Prepares, posts, verifies, and transactions related to accounts payable.

• Maintains and updates customer files, including name or address changes, mergers, etc.

• Drafts correspondence for past-due accounts and contacts delinquent account holders to request payment.

• Creates reports regarding the status of customer accounts as requested.

• Prepare simple spreadsheets of data for uploading or analysis.

Qualifications:

• AT LEAST 2 years of related Accounting experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Intermediate experience in Excel required.

• Intermediate experience in QuickBooks Online required.

• Ability to multi-task well.

• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred
