Part Time Schedule: Monday Friday, 9:00-4:00, with an hour lunch
(Hybrid) Tue/Thur in office
Job Description:

May be assigned in various functional areas of the company.

Printing, mailing, opening & distributing mail, and preparation of bank deposits.

Works on assignments that are moderately complex in nature where judgment is required in resolving problems and making routine recommendations.

Normally receives no instruction on routine work, general instructions on new assignments.

Must have recent experience working in a medical office or pharmacy; must be familiar with HIPAA regulations, payer remits and EOBs, responding to requests for PHI, Microsoft office, email, excel, smart sheet
Job Requirements/Previous Experience:
Minimum 1 year of full- time experience supporting pharmacy or medical office related work environment.
Must have experience with responding to PHI requests and Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) rules and regulations.
Experience retrieving and analyzing payer EOB /Remittance Advice
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams and Sharepoint), Smartsheet
Work in a high-volume support role
Excellent written and verbal communication
Accuracy and detail orientation
Positive customer service skills
