CornerStone Staffing has an exciting opportunity for an AutoCAD Drafter/Designer to join a dynamic manufacturing company located in Fort Worth.

We are seeking a talented individual who is passionate about product design and has strong AutoCAD skills!

Position: Auto CAD Drafter/Designer

Pay: $20.00+/hr (Based Upon Experience)

Schedule: 7:30am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday

Location: Fort Worth, 76120

Job Description: As a Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in creating CAD drawings for custom awnings and shade structures. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your creativity and contribute to innovative design solutions.

Main Job Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Prioritize workflow to meet deadlines effectively

• Collaborate with the Sales Department to design custom products

• Work closely with the Production Department during the manufacturing process

• Create, print, and apply graphics to fabric awnings

• Assist the sewing department with cutting awning patterns using Patternsmith CNC machine

Requirements:

• Associates Degree preferred

• REQUIRED Minimum 2 years of AutoCAD experience or Recent graduate with AutoCAD training

• Experience in a related field is a plus

• Proficiency in AutoCAD REQUIRED

• Experience with 3D CAD is a plus

• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Professional personal presentation

• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and planning skills

• Ability to take initiative and thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Eagerness to learn from superiors and coworkers, with a commitment to self-study when needed
