Calling all Sports Fans!! CornerStone Staffing is recruiting for energetic Sports Fan Advocates for an opportunity in Dallas! No Interview- Just Start!

Job Title: Call Center Fans

Number of Openings: 24 openings **Position beginning August 22nd!

Location: Dallas, TX

Pay: $11.25 / hour

Schedule : 7am -12am, Monday Sunday (flexible for an 8 hr shift between the time listed and flexible to work OT)

Length of Assignment: Temp to hire!! Candidate can move to other campaigns. This is a GREAT opportunity to get your foot in the door and go from there!

Job Description

We are looking for call center representatives to act as a liaison by providing product support to our Sports Fans regarding order status, product availability/description, and resolve any emerging questions or problems that our Sports Fans might face. Sports Fan Advocates are responsible for handling merchandise order calls, emails, and chats requiring verbal and written communications.

Job Responsibilities

  • Be an advocate for our Sports Fans by owning their problems and/or questions and working relentlessly to deliver an amazing Sports Fan experience

  • Handle inbound calls and/or written communications from Sports Fans regarding orders and inquiries

  • Compose written responses through communication mediums to include email, chat, and trouble ticketing

  • Maintain and Protect Sports Fan data, including documentation of discussions, issues, requests, and other relevant information

  • Flexibility to Work a Weekend Day/Night, Second Shift and/or Holidays

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Intermediate Phone, 25 wpm Typing, and Computer Navigation Skills

  • Excellent Problem-Solving and Follow-Up Skills

  • Ability to Adapt, Respond, and Prioritize Fan Needs

  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills: Active Listening; De-escalation Skills; Proper Spelling and Grammar

  • Ability to Effectively Communicate Empathy to our Customers

  • Strong Attention to Detail

  • Ability to Work in Fast Paced Environment that Values Feedback at All Levels

  • Ability to Participate in and Complete Mandatory Training

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6 months to 1 year of Call Center/ Retail Customer Service Experience

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Products

  • Experience Interacting with Customers through Verbal and/or Written Communications

  • Sports Fan!
