CornerStone Staffing has partnered with a valued client as they search for their next Call Center Supervisor . As the Call Center Supervisor , you will be responsible for managing the daily production of around 20 procurement analysts and promoting a positive team environment.

Position - Call Center Supervisor
Location: Fort Worth, TX 76109 will be 100% on site

MUST BE OK WITH 3 WEEKS OF TRAINING IN DALLAS
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

START DATE: APRIL 4TH, 2024
Pay: $20-$21/hr
Responsibilities of the Call Center Supervisor:

Train new employees and/or implement protocols as they change and update other units

Direct group of employees in their day-to-day operations
-
In charge of human resource matters directly related to department supervised
-
Responsible for quality of service provided
-
Will be responsible for coaching, counseling, and termination of employees

Perform daily, weekly, monthly reviews of various reports, invoices, logs and expenses
Qualifications for the Call Center Supervisor:
-
High School diploma or equivalent - will be verified
-
2-3 years of experience in a call center environment
-
2-3 years of Supervisory experience is a MUST
-
Experience supervising a team of 20+ people
-
Proficient in MS Office
Once Hired on Perm -
