CornerStone Staffing is currently recruiting for the following position:

Job Title: Client Operations Specialist - Contractor

Start Date : ASAP

Location: North Irving, TX

Pay: $15.87-17.24/hr.

Schedule: Must be available for an 8 hour shift between the hours of 7am - 7pm for an 8 hour shift. Flexible for OT during the week and Saturday's if required

Length of Assignment: Looking for candidates who can commit to a assignment 3 months, with the possibly for conversion for top performers! This company is experiencing rapid growth and there is room to build a career!

Job Description:

OVERVIEW AND REPORTING RELATIONSHIP

With responsibility for process improvement leadership, this position exercises independent judgment through the management and implementation of projects and process enhancements. The Client Operations Specialist serves as subject matter expert for Client Services and is able to act as an advocate for both Clients and Participants

OTHER REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES

  • Provides project management oversight to implement project plans on a quarterly, annual or ad hoc basis. This entails a review of the project goals, existing expectations and challenges. Responsible for the overall success of the project.

  • Assists with the creation and implementation of new and enhanced Client Services business processes. Works to identify process gaps and implement process improvement. Client Operations Specialist will define and prioritize requirements and implement enhanced processes. Responsible for the successful execution of the process improvement including the development and roll out of communications and training materials related to enhancements.

  • As identified by business requirements and utilizing information provided by selected applications, this position is responsible for report development. Creates and maintains weekly, monthly and on-demand Client Services Status and Dashboard reporting. Designs custom reports for production or analysis as identified by business requirements.

  • Responsible for Application Support associated with the ongoing use of selected applications, such as Salesforce.com, within the department. Acts as the Subject Matter Expert and leads the development of core application technical requirements for Client Services.

  • Provides ongoing support to the Client Services account management team through research of client questions and escalations. Often acts as the liaison between the client and internal departments.

  • Works with internal partners to develop and implement a comprehensive internal and external communication strategy for Clients and Participants.

  • Work with internal departments to improve the ongoing development and enhancement of the WageWorks healthcare and commuter products and services.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent verbal communication skills and technical writing skills, presentation/facilitation skills and strong interpersonal skills are required to perform the functions as described. A proven ability to present information, effectively interact with others and work effectively with diverse personalities is essential.

  • Excellent planning, time management, decision-making and organizational skills are required. Incumbents must be able to employ excellent analytical skills to perform needs analysis as described. Additionally the ability to develop and implement actionable work plans to meet organizational needs is necessary. The ability to plan and manage one s own time, while working on multiple tasks and projects is critical.

  • A positive attitude and strong commitment to Client Satisfaction is essential.

  • Ability to review and produce work output in web-based applications.

  • Knowledge of flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, and commuter benefits is required. A good knowledge and understanding of the Company's products, services and application areas is also required.

EDUCATION

Knowledge and understanding of business and technology as normally obtained through the completion of a Bachelor s Degree in a business or technology related major. Exposure to formal project management practices, theories, and processes is also preferred.
