CornerStone Staffing is currently recruiting experienced Collections Reps for a long term contract opportunity with a premier auto finance company in the North Fort Worth area. Job Title : Collections Agents - Exceptions

Pay: Up to $22 per hour - BASED on experience and interview

Schedule: Monday through Friday - 8am to 5pm

50/50 Hybrid schedule after 2-3 months of training

Description:

The Exceptions Team is responsible for resolving accounts that have been removed from the general work queue due to circumstances that include the following:

The vehicle endured damages or is deemed a total loss by the insurance company

Application of the Deceased Do Not Pursue program

Customer meets criteria for Service members Service Relief Act

The account is in litigation status - bankruptcy

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of related collections experience REQUIRED.

• Experience working with auto insurance claims, total loss, gap pay offs is a PLUS

• Proven job stability

• Attention to detail

• Quick problem solving ability
