Job Title: Collections Representatives - Tempe Arizona

Pay: $19.00/hourly

Location: Tempe, AZ | Potential WFH flexibility after 1 month of training

Schedule: 6:00am - 10:00pm (8hr shift with mandatory OT at the end of the month)

Job Description:

Provide excellent customer service and assist with bringing past due accounts to current, negotiating payment terms and getting on track with payments. Handle heavy outbound calls and work on a performance and metrics system.

Job Duties:

• Build customer relations with borrowers and effectively solving problems is our main focus

• World class customer service

• Identify, evaluate, and resolve reasons for past due accounts

• Negotiate account resolutions

• Maintain company performance and productivity standards

• Skip Tracing

• Handling delinquent assigned accounts

Ideal Candidate:

• Auto collections preferred

• Skip Tracers you are welcomed to apply!

• 2 years + of collections experience required

• Metrics driven position

• Interested in OT, extra hours and OT pay

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)

• Criminal Background & Drug Screening

• Employment References
