CornerStone Staffing has partnered with a well known Mortgage Servicing Company in the Coppell area. We are looking for candidates for a Valuations Quality Specialist position that will be heavily involved with managing appraisals orders using a queue management system and processing various requests. This is a long term opportunity that could possibly extend into a temp to hire opportunity, that will offer excellent growth potential within an ever changing industry!

Job Title: Customer Product Support Coordinator

Location: Coppell, Texas

Pay: $16.00/hr

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

Job Description

The Customer Product Support Coordinator interacts and coordinates with internal staff as well as some external CoreLogic customers.

Responsibilities include:

  • Sending emails to follow up on a communication letter to customers.

  • Coordinating responses to any questions from those emails (direct support will be provided)

  • Using CRM system to order new service agreements

  • Working closely with client liaisons to follow up after service agreements have been sent, coordinating next steps and sharing legal draft documents for appropriate review.

  • Support filling out internal processing forms

  • Update project tracking tool with status.

Qualifications include:

  • Strong organizational skills.

  • Ability to prioritize workload.

  • Effective interpersonal skills.

  • Strong written communication skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and working in multiple computer programs

Education:

  • HS Diploma/GED Required

Experience and Skill Requirements:

  • MUST have at least 2 years of mortgage experience

  • Real-estate, Banking, Claims and legal experience strongly preferred

  • Familiarity with BPO Review/ appraisal is a PLUS!!!

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills,

  • Best-in-class customer service skills via both phone and email

  • Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task

  • Proactive, driven and highly motivated

  • Strong problem solving skills; ability to resolve escalated issues on behalf of the client

  • Ability to collaborate and support others in a team environment

  • Proficient in basic computer skills, including experience with MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook

  • Experience working in a fast paced, production-driven environment preferred

  • Knowledge of residential appraisals, comparative market analysis methodology, fair lending requirements and/or a background in real estate is preferred
