L ocation: Louisville, KY 40219

Pay: $17

Schedule: Monday- Friday | The candidate must have open availability for an 8 hour shift between the hours of 9:30 am-8:00 pm

**Remote after training**

The schedule could be any of the following, based on the needs of business: 9:30am-6:00pm, 10:30am-7:00pm or 11:30am-8:00pm

Job Description:

• Handle inbound and/or outbound phone calls to/from patients, caregivers, and providers

• Provide appropriate customer service and an effortless experience to the caller

• Provide accurate information to the caller

• Process refills and schedule shipments for patients or providers

• Resolve the callers needs

• Provide appropriate follow-up and next steps for caller

Requirements

• The candidate should live within a reasonable driving distance

• Call Center experience (Healthcare preferred)

• Type 35 wpm or greater
