CornerStone Staffing in Arlington is recruiting for 5 Customer Service Support Agent for an insurance and financial company near DFW airport. This is your chance to start a career with a great company!

Position: Customer Service Support Agent

Schedule: Flexible to work a shift between 7am - 6pm, Monday - Friday

Compensation: $13.50/hr.

Location: Fort Worth, TX (360 & Centre Port Area)

Job Description:

  • Takes incoming telephone calls from Credit Union personnel

  • Navigates computer systems to properly address client inquiries

  • Provides information and instruction to clients to facilitate proper resolution to inquiries

  • Resolves problems within bounds of authority or requests assistance from other colleagues or Team Lead as necessary

  • Inputs necessary information into computer system with information obtained from clients

  • Maintains a high level of service with clients and meets performance targets

  • Develops and maintains productive working relationship with team members

  • Promotes and maintains a positive, professional image of the company

  • Completes project work as specified by the Team Lead

  • Assists with call overflow from other Contact Center Teams as needed


  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • 2-3 years of customer service and/or administrative experience, insurance industry preferred

  • Ability to be empathetic and patient

  • Ability to catch on to new processes very quickly!

  • Have the urge to help customers and ensure great quality

  • Basic computer skills (i.e., typing- 35 wpm, data entry, Internet navigation and email)

  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

  • Ability to accurately interpret information as well as demonstrate problem solving skills

  • Application of good judgment and decision making

  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team

  • Ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines

  • Ability to comprehend and apply program policies and procedures in an effective manner

  • Insurance industry knowledge a plus
