CornerStone Staffing has partnered with a property management customer in Fort Worth and is currently recruiting for the following position:

Job Title: Executive Administrative Assistant (Job ID: 85639)

Location: Downtown Fort Worth, TX

Pay: $24+/hr.

Schedule: 8am-5pm

Job Description: Provide direct support to the VP of Operations and Sales and other key operations associates as directed. Develop, edit and input all correspondence, memorandums, forms, notices and other documents as required and assure duplication and distribution of same as assigned. Arrange travel, set up meetings and appointments, maintain well organized office environment and other executive assistant duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Operations experience in property management or a company with 24 hour operations, multiple locations, multi-state

  • Prior/recent experience as an executive assistant for a VP or above is a MUST!

  • Excellent articulation of their experience in resume

  • Strong keyboard/data entry skills

  • Great experience in Microsoft suite is required
