CornerStone Staffing is currently recruiting for the following position:

Job Title: French Bilingual Client Service Customer Care Advocate

Location: Downtown Fort Worth

Pay: up to $14.50/ hr

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Job Description:

A Client Service Customer Care Advocate's primary duty is to provide high quality, personalized, efficient, and exemplary customer service. Applicants must have excellent customer service skills, proficiency in Microsoft office, the ability to multi-task, attention to detail, strong computer and phone skills, a high degree of professionalism and a can-do team player attitude.


High School Diploma or Equivalent

1+ years of related Customer Service experience

Bilingual Language Skills (both written & spoken proficiency) are required. Required language: French - prefer Canadian French

Native English speaker - French Canadian secondary language but must be fully fluent.

Be a self-starter with strong problem solving abilities

Excellent communication and follow through; strong interpersonal skills

Ambition, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn

A desire to work in a team based environment and contribute as a team player

Ability to quickly learn multiple software applications

Ability to take ownership of assigned tasks

Must possess excellent Microsoft Office skills especially Outlook, Word and Excel

Must have great attention to detail and a sincere commitment to servicing the client: both external customers (clients) and internal customers (other departmental teams, including field sales staff)

Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic environment with daily deadlines

Strong Organizational & Planning skills including the ability to multi-task & the ability to handle multiple priorities

Requires superb attendance record
