Job Title: HR Coordinator - Temp

Location: Fort Worth, TX

Pay: +$15/hour - DOE

Schedule: 8am - 5pm, M - F, long term temp

Job Description:The HR Coordinator primary duty will be to support the HR Recruiting Team as well as other HR functional area(s). The ideal candidate must enjoy working with people, problem solving, and constant challenges. Excellent written & oral communication skills, working knowledge of HR, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment is necessary.

Assist with recruiting and interviewing process

Assist with sourcing and evaluate potential candidates

Assist with maintaining the Applicant Tracking System

Run and maintain various database reports

Greet new hires, answer phones, and respond to inquiries

Provide excellent customer service by responding to internal and external inquiries with prompt and accurate information, while maintaining confidentiality

Assist with the preparation of new hire documents

Prepare and maintain employee files

Coordinate and arrange applicant interviews

Assist with updating/organizing/entering candidates into the various HR databases

Process I-9 documents for new hires

Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Some college course work in human resources or related field preferred

Previous experience in HR confidential-support role is highly desired

Applicant Tracking System experience, plus

Excellent organizational skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to multitask and handle interruptions of work stream

Ability to professionally handle sensitive information and maintain complete confidentiality

Ability to compose accurately effective correspondence with proficiency in grammar and punctuation

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
