Job Description
CornerStone Staffing is currently recruiting for a HR Coordinator for a long term contract opportunity with an auto finance company in the North Fort Worth area.
Job Title: HR Coordinator
Location: North Fort Worth, TX (Alliance area)
Pay: $20- 25/hr Based on experience
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8hr shift between 7am - 6pm **Work from home 1 day per week**
Primary Duties:
Will be onboarding new hires welcome processes:
Administrative system entries, schedule coordination, legal and compliance paperwork completion and filing (I-9), scheduling new hire orientation meeting
Will assist with Kronos Local Administration:
Responsible for weekly time card sign-off for all non-exempt in US/CAN; responsible for updating managers and schedules as needed; including periodic requirement to work on holidays which fall on a Monday
Will work in the Contingent Staffing system processing:
Beeline system entries on a daily basis, ensure contractor on-boarding is done timely and with high quality in regards to established process. Updates to existing assignments as needed.
Will manage employee file maintenance:
Performance management system deletions, proper storage and audit
Also assist with general office management:
Including invoice payment and processing, FedEx invoice processing
Additional Requirements:

1-2 years HR experience needed

Proficient with Microsoft office

Experience with Workday and Beeline a plus

High attention to quality and process requirements.

High level of confidentially with very sensitive data.

High school diploma or equivalent required.
