Pay : $21.00/hr.

Schedule:

**Must be available to work a shift between hours below**

• Monday - Friday with occasional Saturdays

• 8:00am - 8:00pm AVAILABILITY

Job Description:

• Perform specific medical benefits functions associated with completing a medical and/or pharmacy benefit investigation!

• Comfortable making high volume outbound calls to patients and other individuals.

Duties:

• Collects and reviews all medical patient insurance benefit information

• Interact with internal team members; provide best customer service and resolves any requests including escalates issues

• Making outbound calls to follow up with patients or insurance companies

• Reports any payment trends/delays to supervisor

• Good attention to detail and handling data and using good judgment to make decisions

• Ability to work onsite daily and working with little supervision with great performance

The Ideal Candidate:

• Medical/Healthcare OR Call Center experience

• Medical insurance verifications experience

• Medical billing experience

• Pharmacy and prescription experience is a huge plus!

• Medical office experience is welcome!

• High School Diploma or GED
