CornerStone Staffing is currently recruiting for the following position:
Job Title: 20 Openings - Customer Service Agent
Start Date: 10/16/17 **candidates must be identified by 10/06/17
Location: North Irving, TX
Pay: $14.50 hr.
Schedule: Must be available for an 8 hour shift between the hours of 7am - 7pm for an 8 hour shift. Flexible for OT during the week and Saturday's if required
Length of Assignment: Looking for candidates who can commit to a assignment 6-8 months, with the possibly for conversion for top performers! This company is experiencing rapid growth and there is room to build a career!
OVERVIEW AND REPORTING RELATIONSHIP
Receive incoming calls from participants and/or escalations through Tier 1 calls in order to answer questions related to their COBRA account reporting to the supervisor of the Call Center
OTHER REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES
Maintain a high level of customer service while maintaining a high number of incoming calls and an average speed per call consistent with the participant needs
Must possess strong customer service experience in call center atmosphere - CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE IS PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED/ candidates can be disqualified based on job stability
Must have proper telephone etiquette and have an ability to remain calm under high-pressure telephone situations
Must be able to research and resolve participant issues from the Tier 1 PSOs
Review and resolve escalated issues as needed in order to deliver excellent customer service
Must be familiar with the Windows environment including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Access
Strong problem solving skills/ Strong Customer Service/Communication skills/Time Management skills
Ability to multitask and complete tasks in an efficient and timely manner
Knowledge of COBRA law is a plus
Completed High School Diploma or GED required (education will be verified prior to starting)
Excellent attendance record (Employment references will be checked prior to starting)
Ability to attend every single day of training for the entire four weeks. Attendance is critical, if there are any tardies or absences during the four week training, we will evaluate the need to end your assignment.
