Job Title: Insurance Benefits Specialist

Location: WFH |  Dallas/Fort Worth, TX  LOCALS/RESIDENTS ONLY

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00/hourly

Schedule Availability: Monday Saturday | 7:00am 7:00pm CST

*Contract/Temp role - 3 month contract, potential for conversion not guaranteed*

Ideal Candidate:

• 2+ years of HEALTHCARE/PHARMACY CALL CENTER experience REQUIRED
• Exceptional attention to detail will be tested
• Tech-savvy with exceptional computer skills will be tested

Position Summary:
Join a niche company focused on helping patients access specialty products and devices by managing reimbursements and identifying alternative funding. In this remote role, you ll perform benefit investigations, communicate with payers, and deliver exceptional customer service. Strong attention to detail and healthcare experience in a call center setting are essential.

Job Responsibilities:

• Review patient insurance benefit information and complete medical/pharmacy benefit investigations.
• Maintain regular communication with payers and internal team members.
• Achieve performance targets while working independently with minimal supervision.

On-boarding Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Criminal Background & Drug Screening
• 2 verifiable employment references
