Job Title: Healthcare/Medical Customer Service Representative

Location: Louisville, KY *ON-SITE* | Flexibility to work from home once deemed proficient

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 10:00am-6:30pm

Pay: $17.00/hourly

Job Description:

• Responsible for interfacing with customers, company sales and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions.

• Determines status of equipment returns, repairs, replacements, sales orders, delivery schedules, etc.

• May schedule field service repair calls.

• Handles requests for additional company materials.

• Maintains records of returns, schedule changes, product enhancements or changes, product pricing & resolves return credit problems.

• Works on assignments that are routine in nature where limited judgment is required. Normally receives detailed instructions on all work.

Ideal Candidate:

• Customer services experience minimum 3 years experience *REQUIRED*

• Job stability demonstrated on resume *REQUIRED*

• Detailed oriented with strong data entry skills

• Must be able to work independently and willing to be cross trained in other areas (including to be on the phones)

• Pharmacy experience preferred

• Call center experience preferred

On-boarding Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)

• Criminal Background & Drug Screening

• 2 verifiable employment references
