Job Title: Reimbursement Specialist

Location: Cary, NC (27513)

Pay: $21 - $22

Schedule:Must be available from 8 am to 8 pm EST as shifts vary

Responsibilities:

Performs healthcare information & medical claims processing, healthcare billing & collection services, & provides financial guidance regarding hospital, HMO, and clinical services to patients, their families & third-party representatives. Contact insurance companies to verify eligibility coverage for drug benefits. Function as a liaison between special drug program patients & their insurance companies. Qualifications:

• 1+ years of Benefit Verification OR Reimbursement Experience
• Should be comfortable working independently
• Detail Oriented + Problem Solver
• Works well in a fast-paced call center environment
• Has compassion and passion for helping others
