We are working with a client and are seeing a high-volume recruiter to join their team remotely! This role specializes in the recruitment of tower climbers, trench diggers, and other field workers crucial for fiber network deployment.

Pay: $25 - $26/hr (BOE)
Schedule :

Monday Friday, 8:00am 5:00pm or 9:00am 6:00pm

Training is ON-SITE then will move to remote

Must reside in DFW and be able to train onsite - Weatherford, TX
Job Summary:

Manage a high-volume requisition workload, focusing on hiring tower climbers, trench diggers, and field workers for fiber network deployment. Requires strong organizational skills, independent work, and effective recruitment management.
Key Responsibilities :

Full-Cycle Recruitment : Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers

High-Volume Hiring: Efficiently handle a large number of requisitions simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet tight deadlines

Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals to attract qualified candidates

Screening and Interviewing : Conduct thorough screening interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for technical assessments and final interviews

Pipeline Management : Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs

Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal requirements

Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress to the Talent Acquisition Manager

Collaboration: Work closely with HR, operations, and other departments to align recruitment efforts with business needs

Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor practices to inform recruitment strategies
Skills:

Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in high-volume recruitment

Education: Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
