CornerStone Staffing has partnered with an established customer service company that is looking to add some new faces to their growing team. This is a temp to hire position with a company that values their employees as much as their clients.

Job Title: Relocation Consultant

Location: Carrollton, TX

Pay: $50,000 - $60,000 DOE

Schedule: 8:00am to 5:00p Mon - Fri

Job Description:

  • Responsible for client policy review and administration with relocating employees.

  • Coordinate and manage all client authorized services for each relocating employee including but not limited to home sale, home finding, temporary living, mortgage assistance, household goods, rental assistance, and expense processing.

  • Review resale contracts for home sale programs to ensure client policy compliance.

  • Review appraisals and inspections and broker market analysis as it relates to the home sale program

  • Ensure data integrity and security with all documentation and system input and outputs.

  • Promote services to transferees/assignees not authorized by client or client policy, for listings, home finding, mortgage, and HHG referrals.

  • Manage policy & programs according to financial plans/budgets.

  • Coordinate & prepare cost estimates/projections as requested.

  • Identify & escalate any service issues to manager.

  • Provide after hours contact number to be accessible to service needs of clients & transferees.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Regular attendance at work is required as an essential job function.

Requirements:

  • MUST have Real Estate license (can be expired/inactive)

  • MUST have US Domestic Home Sale Consultant experience

  • CRP Certification, have or once had

  • 5+ years experience in the role

  • Well-spoken and articulate with a clear speaking voice and volume level

  • Proven work ethic

  • Ability to provide superior customer service

  • Experience in a fast-paced, professional environment

  • Work well in a team environment

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
