CornerStone Staffing is currently recruiting for the following position:

Job Title: Procurement & Facilities Management **Contract to Hire**

Location: Dallas (Downtown)

Pay: $60K - 70K

Schedule: 8:30am - 6pm

Job Description:


Manages the procurement and facility needs of the organization. This position is responsible for procurement for agency purchases of supplies and services; following the clients internal accounting policies and procedures as well as federal guidelines; asset management; creating and maintaining a business interruption plan; ensuring safety needs of our employees are met; assists with agency expansion or construction needs; assists with other agency needs as requested. This position directly supervises the Facilities/Procurement Coordinator and is responsible for creating and managing the department budget. This position reports to the Vice President of Community Outreach and Education with significant demand for independent judgment and action.


Procurement: Responsible for all procurement activities for agency expenditures in accordance with the laws and regulations for which the agency is responsible, pursuant to the terms of our state and federal grants as well as the procedures as outlined in the CCG Finance and Administration Manual.

Facilities: Ensures day to day facility maintenance and upkeep are met at all facilities. Oversees quarterly maintenance and purchasing schedules are met for each of the facilities owned or leased. Assists with the set-up of new centers and facilities as a part of the transition team.


Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or related field

Minimum of five years progressive procurement and/or facilities experience required with emphasis on facilities management contract sourcing and administration

Must be highly skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and standard office equipment

Well organized, proven time manager, displaying proven management and administrative abilities

Effective analytical, negotiating and problem solving skills with attention to detail and follow-up

Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work well under pressure, handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines with limited supervision

Self-starter, self motivated, and flexible

Ability to maintain strict confidentiality

Must have ability to work successfully in a team environment

Regular and prompt attendance require
