Job Title: Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
Answering customer service calls from customers (patients and their representatives), insurance carriers, healthcare providers, attorneys, etc.
Addressing their concerns professionally and courteously
Processing payments on accounts that have open balances and/or setting up payment plans
Must be Bilingual Spanish/English
Call Center experience
Minimum of 2 years hospital/medical collections/customer service experience in accounts receivables
Extensive knowledge of payer formats and insurance terminology
Excellent computer, multi - tasking and phone skills
The ability to work well under pressure (most of the paperwork is time sensitive)
TEAM PLAYER and willing to be diversified job duties
Must have excellent written and oral communication, type 38-40 WPM
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel and Outlook)
