CornerStone staffing is partnered with an established firm that is amongst the fastest growing technology solution firms, says INC Magazine. They are currently growing the outbound telemarketing department ensuring no lead is unfound. Representatives are responsible for the ongoing nurture process, in addition to, generating qualified sales opportunities of our committed outside and inside sales team.

CornerStone Staffing is currently recruiting for the following position:

Job Title: Business Development Rep needed in North Dallas

Location: Dallas, TX off N 635

Pay: $16.50

Schedule: Mon - Fri 8am-5pm

Job Description:

  • Responsible for effectively managing marketing enabled call campaigns

  • Consistently meet outbound lead turn around and follow up requirements

  • Consistently meet qualified lead totals on a monthly basis

  • Proactively calling on leads with the primary goal of determining if the prospect has a compelling reason to purchase

  • Work with partners and Sales reps in respective territories to ensure the smooth transition of information and feedback from generated leads

  • Use all available means to perform effective research in the initial development and ongoing maintenance of potential customers

  • Effectively qualify opportunities using by identifying Budget, Authority, Need and Timeframe for implementation

  • Build in the customer awareness of partner products and services during the call

  • Provide rapid and accurate data entry into the CRM system

  • Produce required number and type of qualified leads

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Previous experience selling computer technology highly encouraged.

Strong knowledge of technology products and services needed, understanding of lead data and CRM systems and experience building relationships and gain trust over the phone and by email with professionals at all levels.

Ability to connect with prospects, excellent communication & interpersonal skills, technology and internet savvy.

Ability to learn software quickly, highly organized, self-directed business style, with strong ability to prioritize, interacts effectively with all levels of management and other employees.

High level of enthusiasm, a strong work ethic, and highly self-motivated.

Must be adaptable, professional, courteous, motivated and work well on their own or as a member of a team.

Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and challenging workload and strong written/verbal communication skills and presentation skills.
