Job Title:Call Center Team Lead

Location: Fort Worth, TX

Pay: $15+/hr. (negotiable depending on experience)

Schedule: 8am-5pm Monday - Friday (flexible to work OT as needed)

Job Description: The Customer Service Team Leader is responsible for providing quality and efficient customer service to customers through the daily management of a team of employees to include hiring, motivating, recognizing and rewarding, coaching, counseling, training, and problem solving.


  • Must type at least 7500-8000 ksph

  • Good customer service skills

  • Lead or Supervisor skills preferably in a call center

  • Excellent job stability (no more than 2 jobs in 5 years)

  • Stellar attendance record
