Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Fort Worth, TX (360 & Trinity/ Centerport area)

Pay: $15.00/hr

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Position Description

The Customer service representative will manage customer inquiries, orders, inventory and correspondence to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.


  • Respond to and manage all inquiries in a timely and professional manger ensuring accuracy of information.

  • Assist customers by processing and entering sales orders & inventory in system on a daily basis. Manual order processing and returns.

  • Provide assistance with client billing and all billing activities

  • Respond in a timely manner to call customer inquiries and processing such orders.

  • Reconcile order/shipment activity

  • Work directly with customer s customer team to resolve issues.

  • Manage shipments on customer logistics portal

  • Identify issues, resolve issues or at minimum present alternatives for resolution to client

  • Process customer specific inquiries

  • Assure that all inquiries are processed daily to the correct account with correct pricing

  • Provide information to customers about products, special requests, and new arrivals

  • Help customers in arranging transportation to pick up their orders if needed; charge respective freight charge

  • Resolve any customer issues, sales order issues, and provide order changes status information

  • Follow up on all customer product back orders, order inquiries, returns and reships

  • Maintain front office dispatch, payment, and visitor logs

  • Other duties as assigned


  • The incoming Customer Service Representative will have 2-3 years of experience in a consumer products or related company

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Extremely detail oriented with strong organizational skills

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and change direction based on business needs

  • Action oriented

  • Ability to learn on the fly. Learns quickly when facing problems; open to change, resourceful in finding solutions, enjoys challenges

  • Team player, cooperative, easily gains trust and supports peers, encourages collaboration. Able to work well with other in a fast paced environment

  • Excellent time management

  • Data entry skills

  • General math skills

Required experience

  • Customer Service: 2 years

  • Logistics: 2 years

  • Office Setting: 2 years

  • 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Outlook, and Web applications

Preferred Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent organization, time management and multitasking skills (able to track and manage issues, ensure internal team engagement, provide comprehensive and timely issue resolution.

  • Bi-lingual preferred but not required
