Customer Service Representative

Location: Hurst, TX

Shift : 10-6:30PM w/ training from 9-5PM

Monday-Friday

The client service specialist will be directly interfaced with clients through the reception of inbound calls, emails, online chatting, social media and other client services. They will answer general information questions, assist clients with inquiries regarding their accounts, and facilitate the processing of client purchase orders. They may also be assigned other daily projects from management if customer service queues are slow.

Responsibilities

  • Provide responsive and accurate client service via the telephone, email, chat, social media, company websites and other sources regarding products, pricing and company policies and guidelines.

  • Coordinate efforts with other department staff to process or expedite returns and/or delays as needed.

  • Continue an established online presence on social media sites by representing the company in a positive light.

  • Provide input and recommendations for process improvement as it regards current policy and procedures.

  • Recognize upselling and cross selling opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma

  • Coachable / Utilizes downtime wisely

  • Adapts well to change

  • Works well with others

  • Must be social media friendly

  • Takes ownership of projects /task

  • Follows Instructions/Follow through

  • Learns quickly, enjoys learning new things

  • 2 Years previous customer service experience required

  • Outstanding communication, listening and analytical skills

  • Candidate must display strong organizational and problem solving skills.

  • Must be able to handle high pressure situations while making good decisions
