CornerStone Staffing is currently recruiting for the following position:

Job Title: Sale Contracts Administrator Contractor

Length of Assignment: Anticipated to last until December of 2018, but could go longer based on the needs of the business.

Location: Irving, TX

Pay: $23.00/hr.

Schedule: 8am to 5pm (Monday to Friday)


Under general supervision, this position is responsible for ensuring all client and partner contracts are executed in a matter that is consistent with the companies' business practices, processes, and SOX guidelines. Acts as the primary legal team resource responsible for contract accuracy, data quality, generation and execution.


  • Assists internal teams in the coordination and generation of new sales contracts, contract renewals, amendments and other contract documentation.

  • Follows contracting process guidelines and ensures proper approvals and documentation are in place prior to contract execution.

  • Reviews contracts and ensures that the Apttus system accurately reflects the executed contract terms and financial information.

  • Ensures contracts are executed based on business practices and guidelines.

  • Reinforces and educates teams on contracting process and guidelines as well as Apttus contract management system usage.

  • Recommends and documents contract management process improvements based on interactions with users and process audits.

  • Assists with contract audit support requests and report generation via Apttus.


  • Must have Sales force software experience

  • Must be able to prioritize workload using good judgment and be able to understand complex issues and business concepts quickly.

  • Enjoy working in a fast paced environment.

  • Must be extremely detail-oriented and have exceptional organization skills.

  • Able to build and maintain constructive and effective relationships with Finance, Sales and Relationship Management teams.

  • Ability to provide constructive feedback to internal customers and gain the trust and respect of internal customers.

  • Ability to think critically and assist other functions with interpreting contract language as applicable.


A thorough knowledge and understanding of business or contract administration as normally obtained through the completion of a Bachelor s Degree in Business or a related major.
