  • May be dealing with payment issues, complaints, ACH issues and walking someone through an application.

Requirements:

  • Perform visual inspections of components

  • Perform dimensional inspection of components utilizing prescribed instrumentation/equipment

  • Perform functional inspection of components

  • Record/Enter inspection results into designated computerized systems and logs

  • Gather, record and store retention samples of packaging components for future reference

  • Manage documents (e.g. component lot records, log books) with accordance with record retention schedules

  • Identify/tag non-inventory controlled supply items (e.g., consumables, PPE) that are approved for use in production

  • Determine which test to run by reading and interpret component packaging specification

  • Determine sample size and accept/reject criteria by operating an Acceptable Quality Level (AQL) Slide Rule

  • Verify that supplier documentation matches Supplier Purchase Description (SPD)

  • Coordinate with warehouse team to obtain lots for inspection or documentation

Requirements:

  • Two or more years external pharmaceutical, laboratory, or related industry experience.

  • Compliance requirements - Must be able to work independently, demonstrate dependable performance under stressful conditions and possess excellent documentation and organizational skills.

  • Materials Inspection requirements - Basic math skills; demonstrate dependable performance under stressful conditions

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent. and 12 hours of college to include one course in science, math, or computer science

Job Description:

Provide data entry support and/or builder serve support to the builder center by performing data entry of customer orders, processing orders released by the builder and assisting in scheduling field service. Provide clerical support and collect housing start information for distribution throughout the builder center.

Effectively perform data entry of customer orders using current client standardized processes and procedures.

Key and/or verify original orders in client Order Manager (TOM), Order Billing System, or Encore.

Receive, understand, and distribute customer information related to starts, schedules, selections, purchase orders and warranty requests from the Builders electronic and/or internet based systems.

Perform pre-calls for delivery and installation, as needed, to confirm builder s delivery and installation

schedule, verify correction completion of requests and verify requested selections.

Notify Customer Service and Builder Operations of any scheduling, installation, delivery, or color changes from pre-call.

Perform receptionist functions.

Develop and maintain a proficient working knowledge of Maestro, Order Billing System (OBS), Quality

Management Systems (QMS), and other American Woodmark Corporation (AWC) proprietary systems.

Develop an extensive knowledge product base.

Manage and/or direct communication from and/or customer, subcontract installers, clients, and vendors.

Schedule and assign installations. Verify ship and installation dates per builders release and schedule.

Research and schedule service/warranty requests. Coordinate, if necessary, deliveries for installations and service items.

Support efforts by all members of AW to continuously improve departmental, location and company performance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education, Experience and Skills:

High School Diploma or GED, some college courses beyond high school preferred;

1 to 3+ years experience in a customer service or high paced office environment;

Advanced keyboarding skills required, knowledge of Windows based programs and Microsoft office applications;

Excellent communication and organization skills;

Ability to prioritize and multi-task

The ability to work in a team environment

Language Skills:

Ability to read, and interpret common business documents including reports, charts, graphs and diagrams. Ability to listen and communicate effectively with customers/clients in an effort to respond to common inquires or complaints from customers/clients, members of the business community and public.

Mathematical Skills:

Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to interpret graphs and diagrams.

Reasoning Ability:

Job Description:

  • Must have at least 2 years of mortgage experience

  • Determines the risk related to completeness, quality, methodology, compliance and credibility.

  • This analysis includes the research and use of available primary and secondary market data sources to inform and supplement the analysis.

  • Communicates typically in writing (sometimes verbally) with preparer of the report to resolve discrepancies, deficiencies, and risk identified in the analysis.

  • Prepares written analysis and communicates the findings of the risk associated with the report and the risk recommendation of the analysis.

  • Respond to and document escalation issues; document files with issue resolution.

  • Respond to email and phone call inquiries on an as-needed basis customers

Education:

  • HS Diploma/GED Required

Experience and Skill Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills,

  • Best-in-class customer service skills via both phone and email

  • Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task

  • Proactive, driven and highly motivated

Customer Service :
