Job Description: This position is responsible for producing art layouts and files that accomplish the workflow of the art department.   • Working with manager to support art department objectives.

  • Making critical technical decisions impacting design content including color, layout, images and text.

Job Description:

  • Conducts research of data. Assignments are of moderate scope and complexity, where research requires review and judgment of multiple sources and knowledge of functional operations. Leverages all available resources, such as existing databases, third party sources and/or public information on the internet. Utilizes tools to analyze, query and manipulate data according to defined business procedures. Extracts and enters appropriate data onto application, other form, or database.

  • Process payments. This may require reporting, payment processing, reviewing incoming bills, identifying and disbursing bills for system input, reviewing reports from mortgage companies to check for missing payments, matching bills to checks, extracting system data and forwarding to clients, determining mailing process, and preparing information and check requests for supervisor to allocate funding.

Job Title: Estimator I

Location: Coppell, TX

Pay: $17-19/hr (BOE)

Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8am - 5pm

Job Description: Estimator I - Must have 2020 Design Software

To support the selling process by preparing layouts and quotes for the sales staff and to manager the

customer file by building effective relationships in and effort to profitably sell kitchen and bath cabinets on a day to day basis while meeting and/or exceeding sales and expense targets.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Prepare layouts, quotes and bids for sales staff

Manage contract expiration dates and files

Implement all price increases by updating and processing all paperwork to maintain margins

Monitor SAM 24 pricing report to minimize lost revenue

Master intermediate 2020 software

Remain current on all AWC product changes and introductions

Build effective business relationships with customer purchasing managers

Assist in resolving day to day problems with field and operations FSR, Sales Reps and customer purchasing managers

Additional responsibilities include: preparation and review of kitchen cabinet layouts and designs for function, aesthetics and cost; field measuring; order placement; blueprint reading; and preparation of daily and monthly reports.

Education, Experience and Skills

Formal technical design training from trade school or program; degree in design, business or related field

1 to 3 years experience in kitchen layout and design

Knowledge of the selling process and bid preparation

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Proactive problem solving skills

Technical aptitude and ability to understand the construction business

Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Effective organization skills

Language Skills:

  • Ability to read, and interpret common business documents including technical reports, charts, graphs and diagrams. Ability to listen and communicate effectively with customers/clients in an effort to respond to common inquires or complaints from customers/clients, members of the business community and public.

Mathematical Skills:

  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to interpret graphs and diagrams.

Reasoning Ability:

  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

Length of Assignment: Direct Hire!

Schedule: Shifts may vary depending on the market the AR is supporting - East Coast will start 7:30 AM and West Coast will start at 9 AM

Job Description:

This position will support a minimum of three markets in all aspects of accounts receivable including billing, lockbox reporting and cash application, credit card posting, ACH postings, credit adjustments, aging review. The role requires high quality customer service in support of their markets. All receivables from the TV stations within the same market go to one lockbox.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Daily lockbox reporting and research, posting all customer payments in Wide Orbit broken down between payments for invoices due and prepayments.

  • Ensure mounts received per the Lockbox equal the amounts posted to Wide Orbit for the respective payment forms

  • Daily credit card and ACH reporting and research, posting all customer payments in Wide Orbit broken down between payments for invoices due and prepayments.

  • Ensure amounts received for credits cards and ACH s equal the amounts posted to Wide Orbit for the respective payment forms.

  • Significant attention is required to ensure cross market payments are identified and listed separately on each markets receipts reconciliation for Lockbox, Credit Card, and ACH.

  • For short pay discrepancies, forwards the discrepancies to station Sales to research. Follow up with Sales is required to ensure resolution including verifying that the station prepares and obtains all required approvals on the Credit Adjustment form

  • Upon receipt, processes the Credit Adjustment for revenue adjustments

  • AR point of contact for monthly collection meetings with the stations

  • Prior to the RBM s distributing the aging, the AR Analyst is required to review and clean the aging of immaterial amounts outstanding, ensure prepayments are applied to open invoices that have billed, and ensure that between station transfers are complete to ensure proper matching of billing and payments to the proper station

  • After the monthly collection meeting, the AR Analyst must follow up on the action items from the meeting to ensure that the stations are preparing all the proper Credit Adjustments identified in meeting

  • Ensure the timely processing of the Credit Adjustments to ensure no carryover items identified in the prior month s meeting are carried forward

  • Assists station sales staff and customers when questions arise

  • Position is required to work closely with and provide first class quality customer service to customers and Sales

  • Applies unapplied payments for cash in advance and paid programming accounts

  • Completes broadcast and calendar month end billings, reconciles accounts receivable module preparing monthly roll forward from beginning of month balance to end of month balance based on sales, credit adjustments, and cash receipts for the month

  • Processes co-op billing for stations collecting scripts, matching with invoices, and obtaining proper notarization. Ensure all co-ops are completed within 5 days of close, with a copy of the notarized invoices and scripts scanned and placed in the co-op support folder on the shared drive (by market)

  • Research prior balance issues and provide detailed reconciliations of amounts paid, invoices, and credits in an effort to ensure all accounts within the aging are accurate

  • Work with markets Sales Management, Account Executives, and the Traffic Department on billing issues caused by incorrect rates, improper ISCI codes, and other issues which may require credit and reissue of corrected invoices

  • Performs other management requests and related duties as required

Education and Experience Required

  • Looking for a candidate who will grow into the organization

  • Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred

  • Excellent data entry skills (will be tested)

  • Good experience in managing aging

  • Good experience in applying payments properly, handling prepaid payments and invoice matching

  • Lockbox, credit card, ACH payments experience

Job Description:

  • Performs HVAC repairs and manages maintenance of the building, automation systems, machines and security systems.

  • Properly identify all machinery components and perform scheduled preventative maintenance

  • Maintains and changes out appropriate fluids, filters and performs coolant chemistry analysis and maintains proper chemistry levels for all production related machinery

  • Greases, oils, and lubricates components during preventative maintenance service

  • Performs minor repairs of equipment during the PM process

  • Performs production equipment monitoring for runtime

  • Completes required documentation in the CMMS system for runtime, parts and material usage

  • Performs other duties as assigned

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team as our Company continues to grow and prosper. This person will assist the accounting department in processing (data entry) invoices for timely payment, filing documents and invoices. Additionally, you will be checking and verifying account payable records, accounting of vendor invoices and expense vouchers, filing, posting ledger and general journal entries, and/or balancing accounts payable.
