Job title: File Clerk III

Location: Irving, TX **on site**

Schedule: 7:00am-4:00pm | 30 minute lunch

Pay: $18/hr

Duration: Temp | Thru January 2024

What you ll be doing:

• Print Verification packet letters from a network folder.

• Pull Inserts as required to complete the mailing.

• Ensure that only one Verification letter is included in every envelope and that the corresponding insert(s) match the Verification letter.

• Ensure Verification letter and Inserts are kept in the proper order.

• Print Ad-hoc letters from a network folder.

• Develop an understanding of file naming conventions within Microsoft File Explorer.

• Lift boxes Move boxes weighing up to 25 pounds.

• Seal and apply postage as necessary

• Maintain a daily count of Verification letters and Ad-hoc letters prepped & mailed.

• Be able to sit for 2 hours at a time

• As necessary, be able to stand for up to 2 hours at a time

What you will need to be successful:

• Attention to detail, to make solid organization and multi-tasking decisions

• High school diploma or equivalency

• Ability to tolerate constant machine noise

• Familiarity with office processes and Microsoft Office
