Job Title: Business Development Analyst

Location: Grand Prairie, TX

Pay: $23 - $25 (Based upon Experience)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

Overview: As a Sales, Lead Generation, and Marketing Specialist you will be a driving force in our business growth strategy. Leveraging your expertise in sales and marketing, you will play a key role in developing and implementing strategic plans to expand our market reach and drive revenue. Your responsibilities will include generating leads through innovative marketing strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create impactful materials, and building strong client relationships. We are looking for a motivated professional with a proactive mindset, exceptional analytical skills, and a passion for exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.

• Generate leads through targeted marketing campaigns, utilizing both traditional and digital channels.

• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends, providing valuable insights for strategic decision-making.

• Analyze sales data and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

• PREFERRED: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders.

• Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including CRM software, email marketing, and social media management.
