Auto Title Clerk Needed - Must have experience in Auto Title, DMV Title, or Auto Auction Title

Temp to Perm Opportunity with an Auto Finance Company in Fort Worth

Job Title: Auto Title Clerk

Pay: $15 - $20/hr. Based on Experience

Duration: Temp to Perm

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

Location: Fort Worth - near Loop 820 & I-35

Job Duties:

  • Releasing Titles that have been paid off through various platforms or manually

  • Research and review of back-up documents for PIF accounts

  • Follow-up with dealers regarding outstanding titles

  • Answering calls from the Title Department's call queue

  • Ensure funds match Letter of Guarantee

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED

  • Must have at least 1 year of experience working with Auto Titles either in a dealership, call center, DMV, or Auto Auction setting

  • Experienced in Microsoft Excel and Word, and Google Sheets

  • Must be organized, detail-oriented, and work well under pressure to make deadlines

  • Texas Notary Public is a plus
