Mortgage Member Services Representative Pay: $18.50/hr

Mortgage Member Services Representative Shift Hours:

(3 Months Temporary, BUT Possible Longer Term)

• Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM

• Flexible for OT as needed including weekends depending on the business needs

Mortgage Member Services Representative Description:

• Responsible for reviewing home equity loan requests and assisting client members with closing their loan.

Mortgage Member Services Representative Responsibilities:

• Handle file set-up for home equity loans which includes providing appropriate disclosures to members, speaking with members about their loan terms, and reviewing the loan for closing

• Perform daily review on the Home Equity pipeline

• Process Closing Docs for home equity loans

• Process Property Condition Reports for Home Equity Loans

• Process Verification of Employment for Home Equity Loan applicants

• Perform booking of home equity loans

• Input home equity loan data into daily Excel spreadsheets
  

Mortgage Member Services Representative Qualifications :

• Minimum of 2 years of previous experience, preferably in a credit union environment

• Experience in mortgage lending

• Previous customer service experience

• Skilled in Microsoft Office software (e.g., Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) gained through either work experience with the software or education and hands-on use of the software

• Knowledge of Loan Link and Episys System

• Ability to exercise excellent member and customer service skills

• Skilled in above average interpersonal and communication skills and professional telephone manners

• Ability to perform basic math calculations and analyze data

• Ability to perform in a fast paced environment, handle multiple tasks and function as an integral part of a team in a diverse environment

• Ability to speak, read, and write Spanish is a plus

• Ability to pass applicable client pre-hire compliance checks

• High school diploma or GED
