CornerStone Staffing is seeking a Account Coordinator for a company in Dallas.
Job Title: Account Coordinator Temp to hire!
Location: Dallas, TX - onsite
Salary: $45k-$50k- BOE
Schedule : Full-time, Typical Business Hours
Job Description:

Working directly with Excel and customers billing
-
Handling a variety of customer service requests and questions via email and telephone
-
Working closely with customers and vendors
-
Developing relationships with existing clients as well as potential new clients

Provide monthly reports within a specific timeframe

Assist with monthly billing
-
Update database
Requirements:
-
MUST be Proficient with Excel- Pivot tables, formulas, sorting, filtering, etc.

Experience working in a clerical or administrative field with good job stability- NO MORE THAN 2 JOBS IN 5 YEARS.

Experience with QuickBase or other database software a plus

Looking for candidates that think outside the box and take initiative and grasp concepts quickly

Strong planning, time management and organizational skills

Excellent written & verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently

Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and analytical skills
