Job Title: Accounts Receivable Rep

Location: Carrollton, Tx

Pay: $20 to $25/hr BOE

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm

Job Description:

• Mass Sales tax resale certification collection for multiple states

• Complete data entry to submit resale certifications.

• Contact customers to collect sales tax data

• Accounts Receivable/Collections

• Filing and some phone calls

• Entry-Intermediate level Microsoft Skills Excel

REQUIREMENTS:

• Soft collections - maintain a good relationship

• Minimum 3 years of Business to Business collections

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Proven experience in reducing past due amounts

• Excellent communication skills

• Avalara and Great Plains experience preferred
