Join our team as a Senior Accounting Analyst, performing both routine and advanced functions to support accounting, accounts payable, and financial operations. This role emphasizes process improvement, standardization, and reconciliation in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Job Title: Accounting Analyst - Accounts Payable

Location: WFH/Remote | AZ/FL/GA/TX/IN Residents ONLY

Pay: $25 - $30/hourly

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct reconciliations and resolve variances in internal accounting systems.

• Identify and implement process improvements to optimize workflows.

• Collaborate with business units to enhance service levels and meet customer needs.

• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in general ledger accounts.

• Support M&A activities, including system and process integrations.

• Track offshore production metrics against Service Level Agreements (SLA) to identify areas for improvement.

Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.

• 4-7 years of senior-level Accounts Payable experience.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Oracle experience preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to drive solutions and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
