Job Description

CornerStone Staffing is currently recruiting for an Accounting Clerk for a long term contract opportunity with a auto finance company in the Alliance\Fort Worth area.

Job Title: Accounting Clerk

Location: North Fort Worth, TX (Alliance area)

Pay: $18.00 - 19.50/hr Based on experience

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8hr shift between 7am - 6pm

Job Description:

Will be responsible for the processing of payment allocations, refunds and account terminations within the system and the subsequent account corrections, refunds and title release processes associated with the requests.

May include some communication with internal and external customers and dealers.

Must be okay with extensive research, as well as following strict quality guidelines for the required information to complete the designated work items.

Will be processing almost 25,000 work items per month

Required sills

  • At least 1 year of Accounts Receivable or Banking experience

  • Accounting experience

  • Data Entry Skills is a plus

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

  • Adaptable to changes and multifunctional

  • Analytical Skills
