We have partnered with a local construction company that has served the DFW metroplex for many years and they are seeking an experienced Accounting Clerk that can come in and jump right to business. They are looking for a professional that has worked in different aspects of accounting including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable along with invoicing.

Position : Accounting Clerk

Pay : $23/hr

Great schedule! Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

Location : Grapevine, TX

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare weekly draws

• Invoice vendors

• Promptly collect payments for outstanding invoices

• Post payments to appropriate ledger accounts

• Research and resolve accounts payable and receivable discrepancies

Qualifications:

• MUST have 3-5 years of accounting experience in the Construction Industry

• Knowledge of Quickbooks and G702/G703 is required

• Knowledge of Textura and Procore are preferred

• Associate's Degree required
