Accounts Payable Specialist Immediate Opening!

Location: Fort Worth, TX
Pay Rate: $19.50 $23.50 BOE
Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM


Job Description:

The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for managing the full cycle of accounts payable operations, including but not limited to:

  • Processing invoices, employee expense reports, and patient refunds

  • Managing vendor relationships and executing daily payment processing

  • Ensuring three-way match accuracy for purchase orders across all company entities

  • Handling communication with vendors and internal staff via phone and email

  • Maintaining accuracy and consistency in all aspects of payables processing

Job Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED (required)

  • 1+ year of recent experience in a high-volume AP environment (500+ invoices/week)

  • Strong understanding of the full-cycle AP process

  • Typing speed of at least 45 WPM

  • Excellent data entry skills and strong attention to detail

  • Effective oral and written communication skills

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and AP-related software systems

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
