Job Title: Accounting Lead

Location : North Phoenix, AZ 85020

Pay : $48,000-$60,000/annually + Potential to earn Bonus of $10K/annually***

Job Description :

• Oversee and lead a team of six employees in the Accounting Department

• Manage invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable processes

• Perform reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial data

• Communicate with clients to address any inquiries or concerns

• Serve as backup support for the accounting team as needed

Ideal Candidate :

• 1-2 years of prior supervisory experience

• Experience in reconciliation is preferred

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required, with a preference for experience with pivot tables

• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and clients

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)

• Criminal Background & Drug Screening
