Job Title: Accounting Reconciliation Specialist

Location : Phoenix, AZ 85040

Pay : $18 - $21/hourly

Job Description:

• Communicate effectively with clients/customers to pursue timely collection of outstanding debts

• Manage accounts receivable processes, including invoicing and posting payments

• Reconcile accounts and monitor aging reports

• Implement collection strategies to address overdue accounts

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and disputes

• Maintain accurate records of collections activities

• Update account information as necessary

• Achieve collection targets and contribute to improving cash flow

• Reduce bad debt through effective collections management

Ideal Candidate:

• 1-2 years of prior AR/Collections experience

• Experience in reconciliation is preferred

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required, with a preference for experience with pivot tables

• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and clients

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

On-boarding Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)

• Criminal Background & Drug Screening

• 2 verifiable employment references
