CornerStone Staffing is currently hiring for an Accounts Payable assistant in the Plano, TX area.

Job Title: Accounts Payable Assistant

Location: Plano, TX

Pay: $18 - $20/hr

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm

Job Details:

• Process all Accounts Payable

• Communicate with vendors to answer questions and resolve any customer problems

• Select checks for payment with communication

• Back-up for Facility Administrative Assistant

• Other responsibilities as designated by Manager

• Promotes excellence and quality.

• Provides excellent service to customers; builds strong relationships and team cohesiveness; focuses on quality and positive solutions.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Associate Degree in Accounting or 5 years of Accounts Payable transaction processing experience.

• Must be a US Citizen or US Green Card Holder to be eligible to be considered for this role.
