Cornerstone has partnered with a dynamic and growing RV company in Fort Worth, TX, to find a skilled Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team. This position is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a knack for working with data in Google Sheets.

Job Title: Accounts Payable Clerk (AP Clerk)
Pay Range: $17 - $19 per hour
Location: Fort Worth, TX (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Position Overview:
As the AP Clerk, you will be responsible for performing 2-way matching, validating invoices, and ensuring they are accurately posted to the financial system. Your role will play a vital part in keeping financial operations running smoothly.


Key Responsibilities:

Conduct 2-way matching to ensure invoice accuracy and compliance.
Post verified invoices to the financial ledger in a timely manner.
Manage all data entry and record-keeping using Google Sheets.
Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies or invoice-related queries.
Maintain accurate records to support audit and compliance requirements.

What We re Looking For:


    • High School Diploma/GED

    • 2+ years Experience in accounts payable or a related role.

    • Proficiency in Google Sheets and computer literacy.

    • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

    • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

    • Familiarity with accounting principles is a plus.
