KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Process both PO and non-PO invoices within the Accounts Payable system

Reconcile payables and resolve discrepancies with vendors and internal teams
-
Review monthly vendor statements and manage high-volume invoice tracking

Serve as the final review for transactions ensuring accuracy and policy compliance

Collaborate closely with the supply chain for purchase order and contract resolution

Respond to vendor inquiries across various communication channels

Participate in testing for new systems and workflow improvements

Manage recurring payments and support EDI error and RNI report resolution
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
-
2 4 years of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience, preferably in a hospital or clinical environment

1 2 years of college or equivalent work experience in accounting or business

High School Diploma or GED
-
Proficient in ERP-based Accounts Payable systems and document scanning software
-
Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
-
45+ WPM typing speed and strong attention to detail
PREFERRED SKILLS

Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in related field

Accounts Payable Certification
-
Experience with EDI error resolution and large vendor networks

Strong communication and team collaboration in a healthcare setting
