The ideal candidate has AP or Bookkeeping experience with strong Excel and Data Entry skills.

Job Title:   B2B Accounts Payable Associate 
Location:  Irving, TX
Pay:  $18-$19 /hr.

Schedule:  Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 6pm (Flexible for an 8 hour shift)
 * *On-site for 90 days and then flexible to work from home. May need to go into the office during month end**

Summary:  The Payables Associate is responsible for retrieving and posting stores invoices from multiple MFR websites daily.  

Job Details:

• Process assigned work in an accurate and timely manner meeting all SLA s

• Perform all other projects and tasks as requested including special projects and supporting other SSC Teams

• Post detail on all warranty credit memos, PDI payments, Floorplan Assistance Statements, Warranty Registrations and Cancellation memos, etc. meeting all SLA s

• Move electronically all detail posting documents to Reconciliation folder in Fortis within SLA

• Forward electronically all invoices to scanning (Approve IT)

• Work with the Reconciliation department to ensure all reconciliation exception issues are resolved and corrected prior to month end

• Update MFR training documents and coding document with any changes upon realization

Requirements:

• REQUIRED 1-3 years Accounts Payable or bookkeeping experience

• REQUIRED Strong data entry, 8,000 KSPH and typing 40 WPM

• REQUIRED invoice processing

• REQUIRED Excel skills (V-Look Ups & Pivot Tables)
