Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist

Location: Dallas, TX

Schedule: Monday-Friday, business hours
Pay: $24/hour (Temp to Hire)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports

• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes

• Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow

• Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting

• Collaborate with property managers for timely financial reporting

• Utilize Yardi software for managing financial data

• Support month-end and year-end closing procedures

• Provide documentation and reports for audits

• Perform other accounting duties as needed

Job Requirements:

• 3-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in property management

• Proficiency in Yardi software is a must

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• HS Diploma required
