Job Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist

Location: Addison, TX

Pay: $50,000 to $55,000 BOE

Schedule: Mon - Fri 8am-5pm

Job Description: The accounts receivable specialist will receive, process and post payments via check, credit card and ACH while resolving billing questions and concerns. This role will complete reconciliations for multiple accounts and perform soft B2B collections to active accounts as well as those that have been written off.

Requirements:

• Must have 3 years recent AR experience

• Must have 2 years Quickbooks and Accounting Software experience

• MS Office proficient

• 2+ years business to business soft collections

• Ability to work in a fast paced, high performance professional environment

• Excellent written and verbal skills (will be tested)

• Able to interpret and understand contractual terms

• 2 or more years of college preferred
