Pay: $20 - $25 per hour

Schedule: Monday Friday, 8am 5pm

Job Description:

• Investigate new customer applications for credit and make credit limit recommendations to Manager AR & Credit

• Make the decision to place credit holds or remove holds on accounts.

• Contact customers by phone or email resolving past due debt issues and build and maintain constructive business relationships with internal and external partners

• Lead efforts to improve efficiencies associated with billing and collections

• Ensure resolution of internal and external inquiries regarding customer billings

• Assist with daily cash application

• Manage the sales tax exemption or resale certificate documentation for sales tax exempt customers

• Serve as the backup for the Accounting Clerk position distributing invoices and statements to customers

• Support month end accounting close as needed

Job Requirements:

• 3+ years of Business to Business (B2B) Accounts Receivable experience (Call Center Collections will not be considered)

• Experience working with an ERP system as well as Microsoft Excel, Word, and Lotus Notes
